Shipping Methods & Processing Time

We currently ship all orders via USPS and UPS to ensure reliability and timely delivery.

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
• Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you haven’t received your order:

1.   Check your tracking number for updates.

2.   If your tracking number hasn't been received after order confirmation, please reach out to us via Instagram or email.

3.   Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, but we will gladly assist in any way we can.
