Haru (春), meaning spring in Japanese, is our signature ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Uji, Kyoto, Japan. Crafted for everyday enjoyment, Haru offers a smooth, creamy body with balanced umami, natural sweetness, and very little bitterness.
Its vibrant green color and versatile flavor make it equally enjoyable as a traditional bowl of matcha or a café-style latte.

Preparation
Hot Matcha Latte
• Sift 4g of matcha into a tea bowl
• Add 2oz of hot water (175°F / 80°C) and whisk until a light foam forms
• Steam 8oz milk of choice
• Combine milk and matcha, stir, and enjoy
Iced Matcha Latte
• Sift 4g of matcha into a tea bowl
• Add 2oz of hot water (175°F / 80°C) and whisk until a light foam forms
• Fill a 12oz cup with ice and 5oz milk of choice
• Pour matcha over milk and stir before enjoying
